民航医院无痛胃镜技术临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛胃镜临床应用价值。方法择期行无痛胃镜的患者120例,采用地左辛联合丙泊酚麻醉,同期行普通胃镜120例,比较两组间的检查前后生理指标、痛苦指标。结果两组患者均顺利完成检查,术中生命体征基本平稳,无痛组恶心、呕吐等并发症发生率低,患者满意率高,P<0.05。结论无痛胃镜是比较成熟、安全的检查方式,值得基层医院开展及普及。Objective To study the clinical value of painless gastroscopy. Methods 120 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were anesthetized by Dezocine and propofol, other 120 patients were given conventional gastroscopy. The indicators of physiology and pain before and after the examination of the two groups were compared. Results The examinations of the two groups were per- formed successfully. Vital signs of all the patients were stable during the examination. The incidence of complications such as nau- sea and vomiting of the painless group was lower, and the patients were more satisfied with the examination, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless gastroscopy is a mature and safe examination, which is worthy of application and popularization in primary hospital.
