摘  要:目的探讨血管紧张素II受体1(AT1R)基因多态性与内蒙地区蒙古族人群原发性高血压的关系。方法选取内蒙古地区蒙古族原发性高血压患者(EH组)以及正常血压对照组(C组),EH组纳入研究对象200例,C组纳入232例。应用PCR技术检测EH组和C组的AT1R基因A1166C点多态性。结果所有纳入研究的内蒙地区蒙古族群体中AT1R基因A/C多态频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;EH组和C组基因型频率分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.014),EH组人群AC+CC基因型比例显著高于C组。结论 AT1R基因A1166C多态性同内蒙地区蒙古族群体高血压病发病相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between angiotensin II receptor 1 (AT1R) gene polymorphisms and essential hypertension (EH) in Mongolians of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Methods 200 Mongolians in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with essential hypertension were selected as EH group, and 232 people with normal blood pressure were selected as C group. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay was used to analyze A1166C polymorphism of AT1R gene of the two groups. Results The polymorphisms of A/C in AT1R gene of the EH group were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There was significant statistical difference in genotype distributions in AT1R gene between ET group and C group. The AC+CC rate in AT1R gene of the EH group was higher than that of the C group. Conclusion The polymorphisms of A1166C in AT1R gene may contribute to the patho- genesis of essential hypertension in Mongolians of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
