摘　　要：摘要：目的总结心脏及胸部大血管穿透伤病人的救治经过及护理经验。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2012年12月我科救治的76例心脏及胸部大血管穿透伤病人的临床资料和护理措施。结果死亡9例，其余病人痊愈出院。结论迅速明确伤情，及时剖胸探查是心脏及胸部大血管穿透伤救治成功的关键。术前充分准备及术后严密观察和精心护理是保证手术成功的必要条件，也是降低死亡率的重要环节。Objective To summarize the procedure of diagnosis and treatment, nursing experience of cardiac and thoracic vascular penetrating trauma patients. Methods The clinical data and nursing measure of 76 cases of cardiac and thoracic vascular penetrating trauma patient in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2012 was analyzed retrospectively. Results 9 patients died, other patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Quickly diagnosing trauma, timely carrying out exploratory thoracotomy are the key to cure successfully cardiac and thoracic vascular penetrating trauma patients.Preoperative full preparation, postoperative close observation and careful nursing is not only the necessary condition to ensure the success of operation, but also the important link to reduce mortality.
