鼻内镜下顽固性鼻出血的微创治疗研究

摘　　要：摘要：目的探讨鼻内镜下顽固性鼻出血的疗效。方法对98例老年顽固性鼻出血患者行鼻内镜检查出血点，并行数字纱布填塞结合双极电凝止血。结果92例找到明确出血点，6例未见明确出血点。一次治愈95例，3例伴有高血压病的患者术后仍有少量出血，经控制血压后治愈。术后未出现并发症。结论鼻内镜检查可准确定位出血点，双极电凝配合填塞止血纱布能有效治疗顽固性鼻出血。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the endoscopic treatment efifcacy of intractable epistaxis. Methods:Ninty-eight elderly patients with intractable epistaxis were checked by nosal endoscope and subsequently treated with bi-Polar electro-coagulation combined with packing hemostasia gauze once the hemorrhagic focus was detected.Results:Hemorrhagic focus was defined under nosal endoscope in 92 eases with exact hemorrhagic focus not found in 6 individuals. Ninty-ifve patients were cured on ifrst treatment.Three patients with hypertension still had slight bleeding after treatment, but were ifnally cured when blood pressure was controlled.No complication was found in all individuals. Conclusions:The nasal endoscope can locate the epistaxis focus precisely;bi-polar electro-coagulation is an effective means for treatment of intractable epistaxisin the elderly.
