摘　　要：智力服务业是第三产业中以知识、智力、智慧等为主导的知识服务业,具有知识占有和使用量大、产出效益高、智力成果高度融合以及创新思维表现活跃等特点。由于智力服务业极具发展潜力,且发展这一产业已具备了一定的优势和条件,因此,根据自身所处的区域和人文环境,上海必须将智力服务业作为重点扶植的产业,并侧重发展咨询服务业、企业策划业、资产评估业、教育和网络服务业等行业。为此,上海有关各方应采取积极措施,促进智力服务业的良性发展。Intellectual service trades belong to the third industry which take knowledge, intellect, or wisdom as the leading element. They are characterized by a great amount of possession and application of knowledge, high output benefits, high fusion of intellectual achievements, and active innovative thinding. In Shanghai intellectual service trades must be received special support; especially such trades as consultation service, enterprise designing, assets valuation, education and network service, etc., should be given priority.
