摘 要:目的:探讨小包装饮片品规在不同调配模式中,应用巴莱多定律和长尾理论的原则和条件。方法:依据巴莱多定律和长尾理论,通过使用MySQL-Front软件分析门诊中草药处方调配,比较手工与机器自动化两种不同调配模式的优劣情况。结果:在小包装饮片品规调配中,兼顾巴莱多定律和长尾理论进行调配的981种品规和324种饮片,其完全调配率为76.12%;而只根据巴莱多定律设计完全忽略长尾理论进行调配的543种品规和229种饮片,其完全调配率为41.04%,但仍可完成80%的工作量。结论:兼顾巴莱多定律和长尾理论设计的方案更适合人工调配小包装品规;只依据巴莱多定律设计的方案更适合机器自动化调配小包装饮片品规。Objective: To investigate the principles and conditions of the application with Pareto principle and the Long- tail theory in design and confirm of herbal piece and dosage in packets under different dispensing modes. Methods: With the comparison of the designs according to the Pareto principle and the Long-tail theory, herbal pieces prescriptions were analyzed by MySQL-Front software to design the herbal piece and dosage in packets, and the designing principles were analyzed under different dispensing modes. Results: The design with both Pareto principle and the Long-tail theory related to 524 kinds of herbal pieces and 981 kinds of their dosages in packets, and the total dispensing rate was 76.12%. The design considering only the Pareto principle related to 229 kinds of herbal pieces and 543 kinds of their dosages in packets. It could finish 80% workload with 41.04% total dispensing rate. Conclusion: The design with both Pareto principle and the Long-tail theory is more suitable for designing the herbal piece and dosage in packets under manual dispensing mode. And the one considering only Pareto principle can be used for the part of auto dispensing herbal pieces under high-efficient mechanized dispensing mode.
