摘  要:目的识别、分析和评价某汽车制造业冲焊建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出有效的职业病危害防护对策,为安监部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法根据该冲焊建设项目可行性研究报告及其他相关资料,采用类比法、检查表法和经验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有二氧化锰、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、氮氧化物、臭氧、噪声、紫外线等。类比企业检测结果显示,除噪声合格率为47.62%外,其他各种化学和物理性有害因素合格率均为100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,但只要认真落实报告提出的防护措施,做好个人防护,其职业危害防护措施是可行的。[ Objective] To identify, analyze and evaluate the potential occupational hazards in the project and predict the risk degree, to propose effective occupational protective measures, and provide scientific evidence for safety supervision departments for approval of construction projects. [ Methods ] According to the feasibility study report and other relevant documents, the methods of analogy, checklist and experience were applied to evaluate the project. [ Results] The possible occupational hazards in the project were manganese dioxide, welding fumes, other dust, nitrogen oxides, ozone, noise, ultraviolet, etc. Monitoring results in analogical factory showed that the qualified rates of the chemical and physical hazards factors were all 100% , except the noise was 47.62%. [ Conclusion]The project belongs to the heavier occupational hazard project, and if it can be improved according to the report about assessment of occupational protective measures and personal protection, the project is basically feasible.
