摘　　要：目的了解十堰市2012年手足口病流行特征。方法用描述流行病学方法对十堰市2012年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2012年十堰市共报告手足口病病例4 263例,报告发病率126.71/10万。报告发病率茅箭区、张湾区高于房县、竹溪县(χ2=88.004,P<0.01),房县、竹溪县高于竹山县(χ2=105.756,P<0.01),竹山县高于郧县、郧西县、丹江口市(χ2=42.822,P<0.01)。发病呈双峰型,集中在4—6和10—12月。发病集中在5岁以下年龄段,以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主。全市疫情以EV71型为优势病原型别,其中,竹山县、竹溪县以EV71型为主,茅箭区、张湾区、郧县、郧西县、房县以CoxA16型为主;丹江口市以其他肠道病毒为主。结论十堰市手足口病的流行有明显地区、季节、人群、病原特征。[Objective] To understand the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease （HFMD） in Shiyan City in 2012. [ Methods] The epidemic data of HFMD in Shiyan City in 2012 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method. [ Results] A total of 4263 HFMD cases were reported in Shiyan City in 2012, and the reported incidence rate was 126.71/lakh. The reported incidence rate in Maojian District and Zhangwan District was higher than that in Fangxian County and Zhuxi County （Х^2 = 88. 004 ,P 〈 0.01 ） , the reported incidence rate in Fangxian County and Zhuxi County was higher than that in Zhushan County （Х^2 = 105. 756,P 〈0.01） , and the reported incidence rate in Zhushan County was higher than that in Yunxian County, Yunxi County and Danjiangkou City （Х^2 =42. 822,P 〈 0.01）. The peak season showed the bimodal pattern, which occurred April to June, December to October. Most of cases were scattered children and preschool children under 5 years old. EV71 was the main pathogen in the city, which the cases were dominated by EV71 in Zhushan County and Zhuxi County, by CoxA16 in Maojian District, Zhangwan District, Yunxian County, Yunxi County and Fangxian County, as well as by other intestinal virus in Danjiangkou City. [ Conclusion] HFMD cases have obvious characteristics of region, season, crowd and pathogen in Shiyan City.
