2012年北京市昌平区手足口病流行病学特征

摘　　要：目的了解北京市昌平区2012年手足口病的流行病学特征及规律,为降低手足口病发病率,减少手足口病重症及死亡病例提供依据。方法对疾病监测信息报告管理系统报告的手足口病疫情资料进行描述性分析,并对部分患者进行病原学检测。结果 2012年共报告手足口病4 317例,发病率为259.98/10万(4 317/1 660 512),病死率为0,发病主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占全部的病例92.47%,发病性别差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.925,P<0.01)。发病数排在前3位的地区是回龙观镇、北七家镇、东小口镇。结论手足口病是北京市昌平区发病率较高的重点传染病,在流行季节要积极进行宣教,加强托幼机构等集体单位的管理,开展爱国卫生运动,进行手足口病原学实时监测,及时调整防控策略。[ Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics and regularity of hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Changping District of Beijing in 2012, provide a basis for reducing the incidence rate of HFMD, and controlling the severe cases and death cases. [ Methods ] The epidemic data of HFMD from the National disease supervision information management system were investigated by the descriptive analysis, and the pathogen detection was conducted in some patients. [ Results ] A total of 4 317 HFMD cases were reported in 2012, and the incidence rate was 259.98/lakh （4 317/1 660 512）, while the fatality rate was O. Most of patients were children under 5 years old, accounting for 92.47% of total cases. There was significant difference in inci- dence rate between males and females （Х^2= 52. 925, P 〈 0.01 ）. The top three areas of incidence rate were Huilongguan Town, Beiqijia Town and Dongxiaokou Town. [ Conclusion] HFMD is the main infectious disease with high incidence rate is in Changping District of Beijing. It is necessary to actively carry out the publicity and education during the epidemic seasons, strengthen the management of childcare institutions, implement the patriotic public health campaign, conduct the pathogen real-time monitoring, and properly adjust the prevention and control strategies.
