摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者社会支持和自我效能与应对方式的关系。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对368位缺血性脑卒中患者进行调查。结果①朋友支持、家庭支持、他人支持、自我效能与面对呈正相关(P<0.05)。②自我效能与屈服呈负相关(P<0.01)。③家庭支持对面对存在回归效应(P<0.05);自我效能对面对、屈服、回避3种应对方式均存在回归效应(P<0.05)。④不同性别、不同婚姻状况的患者领悟社会支持、自我效能、应对方式存在差异(P<0.05)。结论社会支持和自我效能对急性缺血性脑卒中患者采取的应对方式存在重要影响,医护人员在尽可能多地为患者提供客观支持的同时,动员患者亲友为其提供充足的社会支持,还要提高患者的社会支持领悟能力和自我效能水平。[ Objective] To explore the relationship between social support, self efficacy and coping style in patients with ischemic stroke. [ Methods ] By using the Perceived social support scale （PSSS） , General perceived self-efficacy scale （GSES） and Medical coping modes questionnaire （MCMQI, 368 patients with ischemic stroke were investigated. [ Results ] （1）The support from friends, family support, support from others, and self efficacy were positively correlated with coping style of confrontation （ P 〈 0. 05 }. （2）There was a positive correlation between self efficacy and coping style of surrender （P 〈 0.01 ）. （3）The family support showed a regression effect on coping style （ P 〈 0. 05 } , while the self efficacy had the regression effect on three coping styles of confrontation, surrender and avoidance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. （4）There were significant differences in understanding of social support, self efficacy and coping style among patients of different gender and marital status（ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] The coping styles of patients with ischemic stroke are significandy influenced by the social support and self efficacy. Medical personnel should provide objective support for patients as much as possible, promote patients＇relatives and friends to offer plenty of social support, and improve patients＇understanding ability of social support and level of self efficacy.
