摘  要:目的对坑道施工过程中产生的有害气体进行检测,并分析其可能产生的原因。方法某部施工坑道,选取其爆破、风钻打孔2个作业面,检测作业时作业面有害气体(一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氨气)的浓度;与未作业时坑道本底相比较。结果爆破作业面炸药爆炸后20 min,氮氧化物浓度最高达到1.8 mg/m3,氨气浓度最高达到0.42 mg/m3。风钻打孔作业面作业过程中,氮氧化物最高达到5.8 mg/m3,氨气最高达到0.97 mg/m3。2个作业面一氧化碳、二氧化硫浓度均不高。结论该施工坑道爆破和风钻打孔作业面氨气和氮氧化物浓度较高。[ Objective] To detect the harmful gases generated in the construction process of a tunnel, and analyze the potential causes. [ Methods] Two working face of air drill and blast in a unit tunnel under construction was selected to test the concentration of harmful gases [ CO, SO2, NOx, NH3 ). The results were compared with the tunnel background concentration. [ Results ] After the detonator was blasted 20 minutes, the max concentration of NOx and NHz in working face of blast was 1.8 mg/m^3 and 0. 42 mg/m^3, respectively. In the drilling process, max concentration of NOx was 5.8 mg/m^3 , and max concentration of NH3 was 0.97 mg/m^3. The concentrationof CO and SO2 in 2 working face was not high. [ Conclusion] The concentration of NOx and NH3 in blast and air drill working face is fairly high.
