摘 要:以氧化淀粉改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液为胶黏剂,针对木材多孔性材料,测试乳液木材胶黏剂的黏度、粒径和粘接强度,考察乳液胶黏剂的黏度、粒径、树种及压力对粘接强度的影响程度,计算粘接强度的相对标准偏差(RSD),研究界面物理作用和机械锁固作用与粘接强度的关系,探索乳液木材胶黏剂的胶接性质,结果表明:压力对粘接强度的影响最为敏感,主要遵循压力作用下的机械锁固机理和界面物理作用中的吸附机理;而黏度、粒径和树种对粘接强度的影响相对于压力的影响不显著,即黏度、粒径和树种影响下遵循的界面物理作用中的吸附机理、机械锁固机理相对于压力影响趋于次要地位。The polyvinyl acetate emulsion(PVAcEm) adhesive modified with oxidized starch for porous wood was synthesized.The viscosity,particle size and bonding strength of the PVAcEm adhesive were tested and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of bonding strength of the PVAcEm adhesive were calculated,the effects of viscosity,particles,wood species and pressure on the bonding strength were investigated,the relationship between interfacial physical and mechanical locking function with the bonding strength was studied.The results showed that: the bonding strength was achieved mainly by mechanical locking mechanism and the physical mechanism of interface adsorption theory under the different pressures,and the viscosity,particle size and wood species followed adsorption theory and mechanical locking mechanism occupied the secondary status.
