针灸理疗治疗乳腺良性肿物疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】通过中医针灸及物理疗法相结合,提高乳房良性肿物外治的临床疗效。【方法】采集2009年11月-2013年2月期间,符合筛选标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各350例,治疗组通过对乳房良性肿物围刺及机体整体辩证论治,同时结合物理治疗,对照组口服药物夏枯草口服液进行治疗;经过两个疗程治疗后,通过ICU22型彩超检查对比观察两组间治疗前后的疗效。【结果】两组综合疗效治疗前后总有效率比较(χ2=178.08,P<0.001),治疗组愈显率(30%)与对照组(12%)组间比较,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者异常回声区长加宽治疗前后比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组较对照组疗效明显提高。【结论】针灸理疗在治疗乳腺良性肿物方面明显缩短了治疗时间,治愈率有显著提高,为保守治疗乳房良性肿物提供了新的治疗思路,开辟了新的治疗途径。[Objective] Through the combination of Acupuncture and physical therapy, increasing the clinical efficacy of external treatment of benign breast tumor. [ Methods ] The data were collected from November 2009 to February 2013 period, the patients who met the screening criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group was 350 cases. In the treatment group benign breast tumor surrounded by thorns and the body as a whole dialectical theory of governance, combined with the physical treatment, the control group was treated with oral medication Prunella treatment. After two courses of treatment, Ihe efficacy of the two groups between before and after treatment was observed through the ultrasound equipment of type IU22 contrast. [ Results] Integrated effect of the two groups by chi-square test, the total effective rate before and after treatment, X 2 = 178.08, P 〈 0.001, markedly effective rate of the treatment group （30%） compared with the control group （12%） between the two groups were statistically significant. Between the two groups abnormal echo area nodules： before and after treatment in the treatment group compared significant difference（P 〈0.01）, the control group showed no significant differences within the group（P 〉 0.05）, treatment group, benign breast tumor disappeared or reduced compared with the control group significantly improved. [Conclusion] acupuncture and physiotherapy in the treatment of benign breast tumor are significantly shorter treatment time and significantly improve the cure rate for conservative treatment of benign breast tumor, it provides a new treatment ideas, opening up a new therapeutic approach.
