摘 要:【目的】观察聚果多酚的抗自由基作用。【方法】将40只老龄大鼠随机分为3个剂量聚果多酚组(25、50和100 mg/kg)、VE组(35 mg/kg)、老龄对照组,每日灌胃分别给与相应药物或生理盐水,连续给药35 d,测定心肌脂褐素(lipofuscin,LF)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、脂质过氧化物(malodndaldegyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性。【结果】给予聚果多酚大鼠血浆SOD和GSH-Px活力显著提高(P<0.01),而MDA和LF含量则明显下降(P<0.05)。【结论】聚果多酚能抑制自由基损伤,防止脂质过氧化,具有明显延缓衰老作用。[Objective] To study the Anti-radical and antioxidant function of compound JuGuoDuoFen in rats. [ Methods] 40 old rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: 3 compound JuGuoDuoFen groups(25, 50, 100 mg/kg), VE group, control group. All group rats were treated with drugs or NS through oral gavage. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSI-I-Px) in blood, the contents of malodndaldegyde(MDA) in plasma, lipofuscin(LF)in heart were determined by biochemical methods. [ Results] compound JuGuoDuoFen could significantly improve the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in blood(P 〈 0.01 ), decrease the contents of the MDA and LF (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusions] compound JuGuoDuoFen has obvious anti-aging effects, which may result from its antioxidation enzymes and the prevention of ]tipid peroxidation in tissues.
