摘　　要：计算机事业的不断发展给各行各业带来了突飞猛进的效益。计算机的广泛应用已经涉及到了社会各个领域。但是,计算机软件开发的规范化也存在着一定的问题,本文就计算机软件开发规范化进行阐述,重点突出计算机软件目前存在的不足,以及规范计算机软件开发的重要性,并且应对这些不足提出的建设性措施。The development of computer industry make a spurt of progress brought benefits to the people from all walks of life. The wide application of computers has been involved in various fields of the society. However, the standardization of computer software development also exist some problems, this paper discusses the development of computer software standardization, shortcomings in highlight of computer software, has standardized the importance of computer software development, and address these issues put forward constructive measures.
