摘　　要：为了适应社会的发展,提高工作生产效率,现代企业对虚拟实训的要求与日俱增。应用Flex技术对虚拟实务系统的设计开发,实现了培训课程的快速开发、改进了实验系统的界面及其交互方式。给学习者带来了良好的学习体验并提升了学习效果。In order to adapt to social development and improve production efficiency, the virtual training demands of modem enterprises are increasing. The application of Flex technology for virtual training system＇s design and development, achieve the aims that developing the training courses rapidly, improving the experimental system＇s interface and interactive way. All of these are bringing a good experience for the learner and enhancing the learning effect.
