摘 要:文章针对油井现场作业过程中,注砂量和注液量测量精度差、自动化程度低的情况,展开了基于超声波方法测流量的技术研究。文中对砂粒的运动规律与管壁的碰撞效应、传感器技术、信号处理技术等关键技术进行了讨论,利用非接触式超声波测量方法,研究了一套砾石填充过程中含砂量及注液量自动监测系统。通过现场试验,确定了测量方法的可行性,系统操作简单方便,测量精度达到了油田的要求。In the process of oil field, we know that it is difficult to measure the sand content and injection volume as so as the low automatic degree in oil Wells, so we research the flow of technology which based on the ultrasonic sensors. This paper discusses about some key technology and the questions such as the motion law of sand and that with pipe wall collision effect, signal detection sensor technology, signal processing technology, and formed a set of automatic monitoring system that used the measurement solution of non-contact untrasonic wave. The experimental results demonstrated that the method is an effective, convenient operation of the system, it also has the characteristic of high degree of automation, measuring precision of the demands of the oil field.
