摘　　要：针对栅控脉冲行波管栅极毛坯的成形特点,经工艺分析及计算,采用落料、拉伸复合模具,完成浅球形栅极毛坯的拉伸工序过程。研究了模具结构、工作过程等对栅极毛坯成形的影响。The forming process of TWT Grid is analyzed and calculated, the procedures are determined to use one pair of compound die to perform blanking material, drawing of shallow globe- shaped. In addition, the design of the die structure and the working process of compound die and questions required attention were introduced.
