发展和壮大农机专业合作社的若干思考

摘　　要：现代农业发展面临的新情势要求培育新型农业经营主体,尤其是农机专业合作社。农机专业合作社能够成为最主要新型农业经营主体之一的理论基础包括毛泽东农业机械化思想、邓小平农业第二次飞跃思想、现代农业发展标志和趋势、党和国家的方针政策等。发展和壮大农机专业合作社,正是很好地贯彻落实党和国家"毫不动摇"和"两个转变"精神,并能加快农业发展方式转变,有利于发挥"统"的功能,稳定和完善统分结合的双层经营体制。The reality of modem agriculture calls for new farming institutions, particularly agricultural machinery cooperatives. The theoretical basis includes agricultural mechanization of Mao Zedong Thought, second leap of agriculture of Deng Xiaoping Theories, modern agriculture development signs and trends, and the policies of the party and state. Developing and expanding agricultural machinery cooperatives could help implement the spirits of ＂unwavering＂ and ＂two changes＂ of the party and state, accelerate the transformation of the agricultural development pattem, conducive to make full play of ＂integration＂ function, stabilize and improve two-tier management system of capitalized management.
