生态补偿视角的低碳林业产业供应链创新模式初探——对黄冈市林业产业调查的分析

摘　　要：以黄冈市林业产业为例,有针对性地调查分析其存在的问题,剖析基于生态补偿的低碳林业产业供应链的形成机理,指出发挥政府在构建低碳林业产业链中的主导作用,拓展与延伸林下经济产业链条,实施基于低碳化的林业绿色供应链管理,是生态补偿视角的低碳林业产业供应链的运行保障。Taking the forestry industry in Huanggang city as an example, according to the analysis of the existing problems, the thesis analyzed the forming mechanism of low carbon forestry industry supply chain based on ecological compensation, pointed out that the government should play a leading role in low carbon forestry industry chain construction, make expansion and extension of forest economic industrial chain, and conduct the implementation of low carbonization forestry green supply chain management, which is the operation guarantee of low carbon forestry industry supply chain from the perspective of ecological compensation.
