血清Ghrelin水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者病变程度及肥胖的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病（CHD）患者血清Ghrelin水平与冠状动脉病变程度及体质指数的关系。方法选取84例行冠状动脉造影住院患者，根据造影结果分为对照组13例和冠状动脉粥样硬化组71例，计算各位患者的Gensini积分、体质指数，检测血清Ghrelin水平，并分析Ghrelin水平与Gensini积分、体质指数之间的关系。结果血清Ghrelin水平随Gensini积分增加而降低。根据Gensini积分分为对照组（0分组）、1～30分组、31～90分组及〉90分组。随体质指数的增加Ghrelin水平逐渐降低。结论CHD患者的血清Ghrelin水平与冠状动脉病变程度及肥胖显著相关．Ghrelin可能是CHD的一个重要保护因子。Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary atherosclerosis heart disease （CHD） in patients with sermn Ghrelin levels with severity of coronary artery disease and body mass index. Methods Selected 84 patients who underwent coronary angiography hospitalized patients,according to the results of coronary angiography were divided into coronary atherosclerotie heart disease group of 71 cases and control group of 13 cases, calculate each of patients with Gensini integral, body mass index, detect the serum levels of Ghrelin,and analyze the relationship between Ghrelin level and Gensini integral and body mass index. Results As the Gensini score increased, the Ghrelin levels decreased.According to the Gensini score for control group （0 points group）, 1~30 points group, 31-90 points group and 〉90 points group. As the BM1 increased,the Ghrelin levels decreased. Conclusion The level of serum Ghrelin in patients with CHD were significantly related with the severity of coronary artery disease and obesity. Ghrelin may be an important protective factor of CHD.
