湿性疗法对创面表皮干细胞影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析湿性疗法对临床常见创面的促进愈合作川，并观察表皮干细胞变化。方法选择我院2010年2月～2012年3月收治的40例患者为研究对象．随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，试验组患者均给予湿性疗法．观察创而愈合情况，计算愈合天数。取试验开始时、试验中期和结束时创面组织，制作HE染色切片，观察创而发生的变化；检测试验开始时、试验中期和结束时β1整合素的变化情况。结果试验组患者愈合天数少，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；试验组β1整合素明显高于对照组，组间比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论湿性疗法对创面愈合具有促进作刚，可以促进表皮十细胞的生长，值得应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of moist therapy in promoting common clinical wound healing, and observe the changes of epidermal stem cells. Methods The 40 cases in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2012 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional treatment,the test group was given moist therapy. Observe the wound healing situation and calculated healing days. Taken the test beginning, middle and end of the test wound tissue, made HE staining to observe the wound changes. Teste the changes of β1 integrin at the beginning,the middle and end of the test. Results The healed days of the test group was shorter,compared with the control group,it had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; the β1 integrin of the test group was obviously higher than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Moist therapy has a role in promoting wound healing, it can promote the growth of epidermal stem cells, it is worthy for application.
