瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗老年血脂异常患者的疗效和安全性比较

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗老年血脂异常患者的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的86例老年血脂异常患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为两组,比较瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗老年血脂异常患者的疗效和安全性差异。结果通过两组患者治疗期间比较,A组(瑞舒伐他汀组)总有效率为97.67%,B组(辛伐他汀组)总有效率为79.07%,两组患者的临床疗效经统计学分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05);由此可见,瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年血脂异常患者的临床疗效优于辛伐他汀,值得临床推广使用。两组患者治疗期间,无严重不良反应发生,且治疗前后的血常规、肝肾功能、肌酸激酶、血糖的变化水平无统计学意义。A组中有1例出现胃肠道不良反应,B组中有1例患者出现转氨酶升高,停药后转氨酶恢复正常,2例出现胃肠道反应。结论瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀均为高效安全的降血脂药物,但瑞舒伐他汀对老年血脂异常患者的降脂效果更为理想。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of rosuvastatin or simvastatin on gerontalpatients with dyslipidemia. Methods A total of 86 cases with dyslipidemia during July 2009 to July 2012 were randomly divided in- to two groups： group A （Rosuvastatin） and group B （Simvastatin）. Data were analyzed retrospectively to compare the effect and safety of rosuvastatin and simvastatin on gerontalpatients with dyslipidemia. Results The total efficiency of group A （97.67%） was higher than that of group B （79.07%）, which had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, According to the results, rosuvastin was better than simvastatin in the treatment of gerontal patients with dys- lipidemia. There were no serious side effects during the treatment with rosuvastin or simvastatin, and datas such as routine blood test, examination of liver and renal function, blood creatine kinase and blood sugar pre and post treat- ment had no statistical significance. During the treatment there was 1 case of gastroenteric reaction in rosuvastin group, 1 case of transaminase elevated slightly and 2 cases of astroenteric reaction in simvastatin group. Conclusion Rosuvastin and simvastatin were both safe and effective lipid-lowering drugs, but rosuvastin was more ideal than sim- vastatin in lipid-lowering effectiveness.
