护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者心理状态及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者心理状态及疗效的影响。方法选择85例真菌性外耳道炎患者．随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例，观察组在常规护理基础上实施健康教育、心理干预和生活方式干预．采用SAS和SDS量表进行心理状态评估，对比两组在干预前后心理状态、治疗依从性、疗效及复发情况。结果十预后观察组焦虑率、焦虑程度及SAS总分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预后观察组抑郁率、抑郁程度及SDS总分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组依从性、疗效均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），随访3-6个月的复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论真菌性外耳道炎患者焦虑、抑郁状态率较高，强调健康教育、心理干预和生活方式干预的护理干预能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁状态，提高依从性和治疗效果，降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on psychological state and curative effect of pa- tients withexternal auditory canal otomycosis. Methods Eighty-five cases of external auditory canal otomycosis patients were randomly divided into observation group with 43 cases and control group, with 42 cases observed in the usual care group on the basis of the implementation of health education, psychological intervention and lifestyle interven- tions, used SAS and SDS psychological scales state assessment, before and after the intervention mental state, treat- ment compliance, efficacy and recurrence of two groups were compared. Results The intervention group rates of anxi- ety, anxiety and SAS total score were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After the intervention group rates of depression, depression and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Ob- servation group＇s compliance and efficacy were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, up 3 to 6 months of relapse rate were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with external auditory canal otomycosis, depression rate was higher emphasis on health education, psychological intervention and lifestyle intervention nursing intervention can improve patient anxiety, depression, improve compliance and treatment, reduce the relapse rate.
