摘 要:通过在脱灰煤和脱灰半焦煤中添加催化剂,研究催化剂对半焦煤气化反应性的影响,并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对半焦煤的表面结构进行分析。结果表明,催化剂能促进煤的热裂解,改善半焦煤的表面性质,抑制芳香环自由基的热缩聚,进而改善半焦煤的气化反应性;气化实验表明,KOH和CaO对煤气化有促进作用,在脱灰煤中加入催化剂能够更好提升煤焦气化反应性;在脱灰煤中加入催化剂,由于CaO提升了焦油的被吸附性,催化效果表现为KOH大于CaO;在脱灰煤焦中加入催化剂,其催化效果表现为CaO大于KOH。This paper researched the effect of catalyst on gasification reactivity of semi coke by adding catalyst into the deashing coal and semi coking coal and the surface structure of semi coking coal have been analyzed by adopting fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The results showed that catalyst could promote the thermal cracking of coal, improve the surface properties of semi coking coal, inhibition of aromatic ring the thermal polycondensation of free radicals, which improve semi coking coal gasification reactivity. Gasification experiment indicated that KOH and CaO has promoting effect on coal gasification. Demineralized coal with catalyst could improve char gasification reactivity. CaO increased adsorbability of coke tar, therefore, catalytic effect was KOH)CaO. The catalytic effect was CaO)KOH in demineralized coal char with catalytic.
