摘　　要：工程造价投资控制涉及到工程建设中的诸多方面，它与工程建设的全过程中每个环节紧密相连。控制工程造价不仅是领导者和工程技术人员的职责，而且是每一位工程建设参与者份内之事。只有提高造价人员的综合素质，提高技术经济分析论证能力，提高设计产品的经济性能，才能增强企业的市场竞争力，为企业的长远发展奠定基础，使企业能长久发展。lots of factors are involved with control of construction cost investment, it is connected with every single part of construction. Control the construction cost is not only the responsibility of project director and the project technicians, but also the responsibility of everybody who joins the project. Only when the inner quality of cost engineer, the analysis ability of technique and economic, and the design of product were improved, the market competitiveness of the company can be improved, which is the foundation of company development.
