摘　　要：目的:评价链球菌脂磷壁酸对原代培养的人角质形成细胞表达抗菌肽LL37的影响。方法:以链球菌脂磷壁酸处理原代培养的人角质形成细胞,分别应用逆转录PCR和蛋白印迹法检测角质形成细胞内LL37的表达。结果:经链球菌脂磷壁酸处理后,角质形成细胞内LL37 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平明显升高(P<0.01);预先用抗体封闭细胞表面的Toll样受体2(TLR2)后,LL37的表达较未封闭的脂磷壁酸组下降(P<0.01)。结论:链球菌感染可通过促进人角质形成细胞表达抗菌肽LL37在银屑病的发病中起作用,该作用与TLR2激活有关。Objective： To assess the effect of lipoteichoic acid （LTA） on the expression of LL37 in cul tured human keratinocytes. Methods： Cultured human keratinoeytes were stimulated with LTA from strepto cocci. The expression of LL37 was measured using RT-PCR and western blot methods. Results： After stimula tion with LTA for 24hs in human keratinocytes, the expression of LL37 mRNA and LL37 protein was increased significantly when compared with control group. However, when the cell surface toll-like receptor （TLR2） was blocked with antibody, the expression of LL37 was lower than in unblocked of the LTA group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： Streptococcal infection may contribute to the pathogenesis of psoriasis via inducing the expression of LL37 in epidermal skin, in which the activation of TLR2 plays an important role.
