摘　　要：目的：评价长脉冲1064nmNd：YAG激光治疗痤疮红斑的疗效和安全性。方法：将103例痤疮红斑患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用长脉宽1064nmNd：YAG激光治疗，4周1次，治疗2～4次，对照组不采用物理治疗措施。结果：24周后，治疗组红斑面积明显减少，患者及医务者的症状评分明显下降，与对照组相比具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。术后无局部色素沉着等不良反应。结论：长脉冲1064nmNd：YAG激光治疗痤疮红斑安全有效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser in the treatment of acne erythema. Methods： One hundred and three patients with aene erythema were divided into two groups. The patients in the intervention group was treated with long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser, once every 4 weeks for 2-4 times. The patients in control group were followed-up without irradiation. Results： After 24 week follow-up, the size of ache erythema in treatment group was decreased. The satisfaction scores evaluated by both patients and doctors were better in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. No side effect was observed. Conclusion： Long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser is both effective and safe for treating acne erythema.
