摘　　要：加工PP R管材要用计算模型对挤出机精确计算以确定各段压力分布、熔融速率 ,保证优良的低温塑化能力、稳定的产量和良好的线性挤出能力。定径和冷却装置为管材形成精确的外径和壁厚、避免管材拉伸取向、消除管材内应力。In PP R pipe processing,accurate calculation will be made on extruder by calculating model to ascertain the pressure distribtion in each zone,MFR so as to insure excellent plasticising capacity at low temperature,stable production,good linear extrusion capacity.Calibration and cooling unit are essential to accurate outer diameter and wall thickness so as to avoid stretch orientation and eliminate inner stress of the pipes.
