摘　　要：社区体育非盈利组织是社区成员参加体育健身娱乐活动的主要载体,但现阶段整体发育不成熟。运用文献资料法、实证与规范分析法等研究了我国社区体育非盈利组织发展的必要性、机会和约束条件,旨在为建设和发展社区体育非盈利组织提供参考。研究认为,政府和社会需要社区体育非盈利组织在提供公共体育服务中扮演更重要的角色,发挥更大的作用,发展空间巨大,但存在着制度、资源和自我发展能力等方面的条件约束。The community sports non-profit organization is the main carrier for community members participating in the sports fitness recreational activity, but the growth is not mature at present stage on the whole. Using the methods of literature, empirical and normative analysis, studied the organization national development, the opportunity and the constraint condition, the purpose was for providing the reference for the construction and the development community sports non-profit organization. The conclusion was that the country and society need the community sports non-profit organization acting a more important role in providing and playing the major role in the public sports service, the development space was huge, butt ha organization develops had the system, the resources and the self-development ability condition restraint_
