摘　　要：针对目前体育实验教学现状,提出提高实验教学效果的有效性策略,旨在完善教学内容,提高教学效果和教学水平。为应对新世纪体育人才的要求和市场竞争的挑战,培养厚基础、高素质、强能力、广适应的复合型人才奠定运动人体科学的基础。In view of the pent situation of physical experimental teaching, effective strategy about improvement experimental teaching effect is put forward, aimed at improving the teaching content, improving the teaching effect and teaching level. In order to cope with demands of the sports talents in the new century and the challenges of market competition, training the inter-disciplinary talents with thick foundation, high--quality, high capacity and wide adaptability will lay the foundation of human movement science.
