熔融磷酸盐对硅酸盐玻璃的侵蚀及用于制备蒙砂玻璃

摘　　要：采用分光光度计、偏光显微镜、红外反射谱、扫描电镜和能谱仪研究了磷酸氢二钠、磷酸钠、磷酸钾及混合磷酸盐对硅酸盐玻璃的侵蚀 ,对影响侵蚀的因素作了探讨。结果表明 ,达到 1 40℃以上 ,随侵蚀时间的增加 ,玻璃受侵蚀程度加剧 ,混合磷酸盐对玻璃侵蚀严重 。The corrosion factors affecting melted monocomponent phosphate including orthophosphate mono-H sodium (Na 2HPO 4),orthophosphate sodium(Na 3PO 4),orthophosphate potassium(K 3PO 4)and mixed phosphate attacking on silicate glass are studied by using spectrophotometer, polarizing microscope, IRRS, SEM-EDX and other instruments. The results show that when the temperature is high than 140℃, the mixed phosphates attack silicate glass more strongly than monocomponent phosphate and the frosted glass can be obtained after corrosion by mixed phosphate.
