摘 要:根据实验室所需小型压制陶瓷试样耐冲击性的检测需求,模拟现场工况,开发了一套检测实验室烧制的小型陶瓷试样的耐冲击性检测装置。通过对实验室不同配方及烧结工艺下的陶瓷试样进行实验检测,用定时比较法对实验数据进行分析,得出的实验数据和理论分析结果相吻合,证明该装置原理设计正确,实际应用可靠。利用该装置的检测数据可以为评价陶瓷配方及烧结工艺的优劣提供可靠依据。According to the testing requirements of the impact resistance for small pressing ceramic specimens used in the laboratory, we simulated the field conditions, and developed a testing device for the impact resistance of small ceramic specimens made in the lab. Ceramic specimens prepared from different formulas and sintered under different conditions were tested by the device. The timed comparison of the experimental results proved that the devices are in excellent agreement with the equipment principles of our design and they are reliable in practical application. The testing data of the devices can provide a reliable judgment of the formulas and sintering process of ceramic specimens.
