摘  要:采用粘度表征氧化铝粉体的分散性及其浆料的稳定性,通过实验方法,研究了有机分散剂柠檬酸对氧化铝粉体分散性及其浆料稳定性的影响,确定了酸性条件(pH=3)时柠檬酸最佳用量约0.2%,碱性条件(pH=11)时柠檬酸最佳用量约0.1%-0.2%;与聚乙二醇的阻隔效应进行了比较,认为柠檬酸的分散悬浮机理为位阻效应与静电力作用.Effects of the organic dispersant citric acid on the dispersibility of alumina powder and the stability of its suspension were studied through experiments. The dispersibility of alumina powder and the stability of its suspension were characterized by viscosity. Results show: under acidic conditions (pH=3), the optimal doping amount of citric acid was 0.2%; under alkaline conditions (pH=11), the optimal doping amount of citric acid was 0.1 -0.2%; compared with the barrier behavior of polyethylene glycol, the dispersion and suspension by citric acid are realized through steric hindrance and electrostatic reaction.
