外用溃疡散联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外用溃疡散联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将110例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。对照组予以微波治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予外用溃疡散外敷治疗,观察2组患者阴道排液量、出血时间和宫颈创面愈合时间。结果治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组为82%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后阴道排液量少于月经量治疗组48例(87%),对照组32例(58%),2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组阴道出血时间分别为(7.25±0.83)d和(11.36±1.78)d,术后愈合时间分别为(3.37±0.18)周和(5.74±1.16)周,脱痂时间分别为(8.67±1.38)d和(12.08±2.13)d,2组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论外用溃疡散联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效较好,宫颈创面愈合快,安全性高,值得临床上推广使用。Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of ulcers powder combined with microwave on cervical ero- sion. Methods 110 cases of patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 55 cases. The control group was treated with microwave, and the treatment group was treated with external use ul- cers powder on the basis of control group＇ s therapy. The vaginal drainage volume, bleeding time and cervical wound healing time in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96%, compared with 82% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. There were 48 cases of patients（ 87% ） whose vaginal drainage volume after operation was less than menstrual blood volume in the treatment group, and the ones of control group were 32 cases （58%） , compared with each other, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The average vaginal bleeding time were （7.25 ±0.83 ） d in treatment group and （ 11.36 ±1.78） d in control group, the mean postoperative healing time was （3.37 ±0.18 ） weeks in treatment group and （5.74 ±1.16） weeks in control group, the average incrustation time was （8.67 ±1.38 ）d in treatment group and （ 12.08 ±2.13 ）d in control group, the differences above between the two groups were all sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion External use ulcers powder combined with microwave has a good clinical curative effect on cervical erosion, which can shorten the cervical wound healing time and has high safety, so it is worthy of further ap- plication in clinic.
