摘　　要：CPU卡凭借其可靠的安全机制越来越受到重视,逐渐进入各个领域并发挥着不可或缺的作用。在对射频识别(RFID)系统的组成和原理进行分析的基础上,为了解决非接触式CPU卡读卡问题,采用了AMS公司最新推出的低功耗、性价比高、封装小的AS3911射频读写芯片设计了非接触式CPU卡的读写器。给出了读写器硬件电路的组成和工作原理,具体阐述了读卡器的开发过程,提供了读写器软件硬件接口。CPU RF card is attracting more and more attention for its reliable security mechanism. Based on describing the composition and principle of the RFID system, In order to solve the problem of non-contact CPU card reader, the design of non-contact CPU card reader use the AS3911 RFID reader of AMS Company latest which is low-power, cost-effective and small package.The composition and principle of the hardware circuit are given and the system development is described in detail. The interface of software and hardware is provided in details.
