摘 要:针对复杂工作条件下(转运数量大、弹种多、速度高、负载重和工况恶劣)系统可靠性功能不断提高的要求,基于系统可靠度的预设值,依据工作零件的失效形式建立设计准则,利用AGREE方法对弹药转运系统进行快速可靠度分配和系统零部件的概率分布选型;根据系统的工作原理建立混联系统的可靠性模型;并根据系统的工作条件进行系统结构的可靠性设计;在多工况条件下,利用有限元软件进行弹药转运系统的可靠性能仿真.结果表明:采用快速可靠性设计方法设计的弹药转运系统结构满足系统可靠性设计要求,系统结构功能、设计性能优于经典安全系数法下的设计结构;利用AGREE方法进行系统可靠性设计,方法便捷、可靠.Focus on the continuously improved requirements for systemic reliability under the complex transporting conditions such as a larger quantity of projectiles, multiple kinds of ammunitions, high-speed working rate, heavy loads and random working states, the design rules are built based on failure forms of the working parts from the default values of the systemic reliability. The rapid allocation of reliable degrees and the probability distribution selection of systemic parts and components of ATS (ammunition transporter system) is made due to the AGREE method. Then, the structure under the working conditions is designed and the reliability model of the structure with hybrid modules is built on the working principles of ATS. What's more, the reliability simulations of ATS under the multiple load conditions is made utilizing the FEM software. The results show the following points: ATS structure designed by rapid reliability method meet the design requirements for the systemic reliability; the structural functions and mechanical performances are better than the structure designed by the method of classic safety factors; RRM is convenient and reliable for system reliability design.
