摘　　要：目的:分析医院病床的使用效率,为医院整体调控床位,合理配置科室人员编制、经费、设备和物资,提供科学依据。方法:采用"归一分析法"效率指数模型,将病床使用率和病床周转次数有机的结合,以"1"为标准来判断病床工作效率情况。结果:某院2012年的2、3、7月份床位工作效率处于高效率运行状态。9、4、6月接近等效率运行状态。1、10月低效率运行状态。结论:采用归一法分析病床工作效率,避免在医院管理中存在只注重使用率而忽略床位周转次数的问题,能准确、直观地分析医院床位运转过程中存在的问题,做出方便、快捷的评价。根据实际情况,有针对性地适当调整各科室病床设置,以保证医院社会效益与经济效益的双赢。Objective： To analyze the efficiency in the use of hospital beds in regulation tor the whole hospital 0eas, me rational allocation the departments staffing, funding, equipment and supplies, and provide a scientific basis. Methods： Use the normalized analysis efficiency index model, the number of bed occupancy rate and bed turnover organic combi- nation of ＂1＂ as the standard to judge the efficiency of beds. Results： In a hospital from January 2012 2,3,7 beds effi- ciency in a state of high efficiency operation. 9,4,6 close to the efficient operation of stat~ 1,10 inefficient operating condition. Conclusion： Normalization method analysis of the efficiency of beds to avoid hospital management to focus on- ly on usage and ignored beds turnaround times, accurate and intuitive analysis of the problems in the operation of the process of the hospital beds, to make convenient, fast evaluation. According to the actual situation in a targeted man- ner appropriate adiustments the various departments beds set to ensure that the hospital social and economic benefits of a win-win situation
