摘  要:为研究SiC、B4C、RE粒子对ST16钢夹杂物和组织的影响,制备出含有上述粒子的钢样,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察添加粒子后ST16钢夹杂物和组织的变化。结果表明,加入SiC、B4C、RE粒子后,钢中夹杂物数量明显减少,夹杂物尺寸降低。观察轧制后试样的凝固组织发现,加入粒子后,钢的凝固组织出现不同程度的细化。In order to study the influence of SiC, B4C and RE particles on the inclusions and microstructure in ST16 steel, steel samples containing above mentioned particles are prepared. Changes of the inclusions and microstructures in ST16 steel with adding the particles are observed by metallographie microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the quantity of inclusions in the steel is significantly decreased and the size of the inclusions are reduced when SiC,B4C and RE particles are added into the ST16 steel. After the ST16 steel with adding the particles is rolled and then steel samples are prepared, it is found that the solidification microstructure of the steel is refined more or less based on the observation of the steel samples.
