摘  要:目的评估血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿酸(UA)在子痫前期患者早期肾脏功能损害中的价值。方法对58例轻度子痫前期患者、68例重度子痫前期患者及62例正常晚期妊娠妇女(对照组)血清中CysC、UA、Scr、Urea水平进行检测。结果轻、重度子痫前期组的CysC、UA值与正常妊娠组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且轻、重度子痫前期组间的差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虽然Scr、Urea在重度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是各组的值均在正常参考值范围内。结论 CysC、UA可作为评估子痫前期肾功能损害的敏感指标,对其进行动态监测,有利于肾功能损害的早发现、早治疗,改善孕产妇及围生儿结局。Objective To evaluate the values of serum eystatin C and uric acid in the diagnosis of early renal injury induced by preeelampsia. Methods The serum levels of cystatin C (Cys C), Uric acid (VA), Serum creatinine (Scr) and Urea were detected in 58 patients with mild preeclampsia (mild preeclampsia group), 68 patients with severe preeelampsia (severe preeclampsia group), and 62 normal late pregnant women (the control group). Results The se- rum levels of CysC and UA in both mild preeelampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Although there were significant differences in Scr, Urea between the severe preeclampsia group and the control group, the values were within the normal range. Conclusion Both Cys C and UA are sensitive indexes for early renal injury induced by preeclampsia. Dynamic monitoring of the two indexes plays an important role in detecting the change of renal function and in the early treatment.
