摘 要:利用热重分析技术研究了米力农药物在氮气气氛下的热分解动力学,采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Kissinger法,计算了该药物的热分解反应活化能E和指前因子lnA,并进行了比较.结果表明,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Kissinger法计算所得活化能比较接近,米力农药物的平均活化能为165.69 kJ/mol,指前因子lnA为32.44 s-1,热解反应级数为n=1.00.并推断了米力农药物在室温298.15 K下的存放有效期为4年.热重分析法可以便捷、科学、经济地预测药物的稳定性和贮存期,为该药物的生产与评价提供参考依据.Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)was used to study the thermal decomposition kinetics of Milrinone in the nitrogen atmosphere. The thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of activation energies (E) and pre-exponential factors (lnA) of Milrinone were calculated by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Kissinger method. The results showed that the activation energy E~ of the drug that calculated by the two methods were similar. The average activation energy E~ was 165.69 k J/tool ,pre-exponential factors lnA was 32.44 s-1 ,the reaction order of the thermal decomposition of Milrinone was 1.00. The store period of this drug was four years under 298.15 K. The thermalgravimetric analysis is a rapid, convenient and feasible method for discussing the stability and the store period of the drug, and the results of this experiment provide a reference for production and appraisal of Milrinone drug.
