摘　　要：以3个元宝槭品种1年生扦插苗为材料,通过聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫处理法和盆栽控水法研究了水分胁迫条件下元宝槭的净生长率、Pro含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化及其与抗旱性的关系,并采用隶属函数法对3个元宝槭品种的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,元宝槭净生长率降低,Pro含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量显著增加,3个元宝槭品种抗旱性综合评价为泰山京福2号>泰安虎山1号>泰山京福1号。With three annual Acer mono Maxim. Varieties cutting seedlings as material, the paper studied the change of the net growth rate, pro content , the soluble sugar content, and content of soluble protein of Acer mono Maximand the relation- ship with drought resistance under the condition of water stress, by the method of Polyethylene glycol （PEG--6000） hyperton- ic solution simulation drought stress treatment and Potted control water. A comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance of three Acer rnono Maxim. Varieties was given based on subordinate function values analysis. The results showed that ： With the deepening of drought stress level, the net growth rate of Acer rnono Maxim is reduced, the content of Pro ,Soluble sugar, Solu- ble protein increased significantly. The ability of the resistance to drought from strong to weak is ＇TaishanJingfu2＇ Acer mono Maxim, ＇ TaianHushanl ＇ Acer mono Maxim, ＇ TaishanJingful＇Acer mono Maxim.
