摘  要:通过对百合试管鳞茎诱导的系统研究,建立高效稳定的百合鳞茎诱导体系。以百合鳞片为外植体,分析不同因素对百合鳞茎诱导的难易及快慢程度。结果表明,MS,1/2MS,B5和N6作为基本培养基均能诱导形成小鳞茎,但MS较其他3种更适合诱导鳞茎的形成,且数量多。试验还表明,以不同部位鳞片作外植体,其内层鳞片诱导率最高;NAA浓度为0.5 mg·L-1且6-BA浓度为1.0 mg·L-1时鳞茎诱导率最高,达78%;同时,百合鳞茎诱导率还受培养时间、不同糖源种类和浓度的影响,培养时间越长诱导率越高,添加30 g·L-1蔗糖诱导效果佳。Based on the study of the induction of test-tube lily bulb, the efficient and steady system of the induction of lily bulb in tube was established. By using the lily bulb as the explants, the experiment analyzed the effect of dif- ferent factors on induction of lily bulb in tube. The results indicated that the basic medium of MS, 1/2MS, B5 and N6 could induce the formation of the bulb, among which MS could induce a larger number, and was more beneficial for the formation of bulb induction than the others. Experiments also showed that inner bulbs had the highest induc- tion rate among all different parts of the bulb as explants. The highest induction rate of bulb reached 78% in the me- dium containing 0. 5 mg. L-~ NAA and 1.0 mg. L-1 6-BA. Meanwhile, the induction rate was influenced by culture time, sugar sources and concentrations. The induction rate increased with the prolonging of culture time, and the highest induction rate was achieved in the treatment with addition of 30 g" L- l sucrose.
