固体酸催化合成苹果酯的研究

摘　　要：氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成苹果酯。反应条件为:0.2 mol乙酰乙酸乙酯,0.24mol乙二醇,氨基磺酸0.4 g,40 mL环己烷为共沸剂,产率82.5％。Amonio-sulfonic acid uses as catalyst, Synthesis fructone by reaction of ethyl acetoacetate with ethylene glycol, and found the optimum conditions as follow: the radio is 0.2 mol ethyl acetoacetate to 0.24 mol ethylene glycol to 0.4 g amino-sulfonic acid to 40 mL cyclohexane. On this conditions the yield reaches 82.5%.
