江西省高新技术产业发展水平综合评价研究

摘　　要：高新技术产业的发展问题已经成为我国各省市产业结构调整和经济增长的热点问题之一。通过建立高新技术产业发展水平的指标评价体系,使用主成分分析法对江西省11个地级市在2011年的高新技术产业发展水平进行计量分析,并据此做出客观评价与比较,从而为相关部门制定符合自身发展需要的政策和制度提供理论依据和实践指导。The development of the high - tech industry has become one of the hot issues on China＇ s pro- vincial industrial structure adjustment and economic growth. This article established the index assessment sys- tem of the high - tech industry＇ s development level, conducted a quantitative analysis of the high - tech indus- try＇ s development within 11 prefecture - level cities of Jiangxi Province in 2011 with the help of the principal component analysis, and accordingly made an objective evaluation and comparison. Thus the study would pro- vide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for relevant departments in formulating development policies and systems in line with their own development needs.
