摘　　要：论述了住宅产业化施工技术中的预制构件吊装与节点控制技术、构件装配安全施工技术和构件校正方法,介绍了PC外墙板和PCF板的节点防水处理方法、PCF板校正工具和方法等。实践证明,采用预制件能有效地缩短施工总工期,加快施工进度,实现住宅的高效节能,低碳环保。Those construction techniques for prefabricated member hoisting, node control, safe fitting of components and component calibration in residence industrialization are reviewed. Node waterproofing treatment for PC external wall slab and PCF slab as well as the aligning tool and methods are analyzed. It is proved that the use of prefabricated members can reduce the total construction time effectively, speed up the construction process, and realize energy-efficient and low-carbon residences.
