摘　　要：对临床重点专科建设项目的概述包括项目的重要意义、目标和管理规则三方面。医院以临床重点专科建设为抓手,在推动医院稳步发展方面不断探索,并以耳鼻喉科创建省临床重点学科为例,结合医院实际情况对管理模式进行研究。以临床重点专科建设为抓手,推动医院稳步发展的管理模式,可为卫生行政部门及医院提供借鉴参考。The summary of the construction projects of clinical key specialty covers the three aspects：project sig- nificance, goal and administrative rules. The authors make the exploration of the steady development of hospitals with the construction of clinical key specialty and study the management in the present situation by taking the example of otolaryn- gological department as provincial clinical key subject. The managerial model of promoting the steady development of hos- pitals can provide some reference for health administrative departments with the construction of clinical key specialty.
