摘 要:为探究新医改下我国地级城市医院的竞争力发展状况,对2012年中国百强地级城市医院竞争力进行描述性统计分析和独立样本t检验,并与2011年数据进行比较,研究发现100强地级城市医院竞争力继续增强;强地级城市医院东部地区竞争力最强,苏粤鲁占据半壁江山;指标分析显示,东部地区年门诊量优势明显,高级人才比例普遍下降,东部十强领先,西部十强增速迅猛,而中部十强发展滞后,组间首尾差距大,相邻差距小;中医院式微。由此为地级城市医院如何增强竞争力,摆脱尴尬境地指出解决方向。To study the development situation of competitiveness in prefectural hospitals under the new medical re- form, the authors make descriptive statistical analysis on 2012 China top 100 competitive hospitals at prefecture level and tests of independent samples, and compare them with the data in 2011. They find that the competitiveness of the top 100 prefectural hospitals are growing, the competitiveness of the strong prefectrual hospitals in the east areas is the strongest with the half number of the top 100 in the three provinces of Jiangsu,Guangdong and Shandong. The index analysis shows that the annual outpatient amount in the east areas possesses the obvious advantage, and the ratio of high-quality talent gen- erally declines. The top 10 in the east areas takes the lead while the top 10 in the west areas is growing rapidly and the top 10 in the middle areas is staggering. The fore and aft gap among the groups is huge and the gap between the adjacent groups is small. The development in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine is declining. The authors point out the solu- tions to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the prefectural hospitals and the freeing of the hospitals from embarrass- ing situations.
