摘　　要：通过对管理者、科研项目负责人及成果第一完成人的非权力性影响力在医院科研管理中的运用调查,揭示出非权力性影响力在医院科研管理工作中的重要地位。进而说明只有在科研项目实施过程中充分发挥非权力性影响力,才能培育标志性重大项目,打造出高等级科研成果奖励,发表高水平论文,主办高层次学术交流。With the investigation of non-authority influence on managers,persons in charge of scientific research projects and the first persons who complete the projects in scientific research of hospitals,the authors reveal the important role of non-authority influence in scientific research projects of hospitals and explain that only the non-authority influence is given to full play in the practice of scientific research projects can the major landmark projects be cultivated, scientific re- search rewards of high level be created, theses of high level be published and academic exchanges of high level be hosted.
