摘　　要：重点阐述非权力性影响力与医院科研管理工作内在的、必然的因果关系与互不可分性,从更深的层次分析了非权力性影响力积极的、正面的对医院科研管理工作的决定作用,对提升医院科研管理工作领导者影响力水平,激发下属的工作能动性,提高医院科研管理工作水平将有着积极的作用。提出适时把握非权力性影响力作用于医院科研管理工作的介入点。The authors emphasize the internal and inevitable cause-and-effect relationship and inseparability be- tween non-authority influence and the management of scientific research in hospitals, make deeper analysis on active, posi- tive and decisive functions of non-authority influence, which plays an active role in promoting the influence of the leaders in charge of scientific research in hospitals, mobilizing working enthusiasm of the subordinates, and improving managerial level of scientific research in hospitals.
